Our kids classes can be delivered in schools and meet the Ofsted requirements for teaching First Aid in the national curriculum.

Yorkshire Born Yorkshire Fed
Everything you need to know about weaning and more! Our weaning workshops are ideal for parents of babies aged 3-8 months. The session covers all the facts (and the fiction!) about weaning and gives you information about the different types of weaning so that you can make an informed decision about what will work for you and your family.
Pregnancy Relaxation Course
Four classes to enjoy in your own time, from the comfort of your own home (and bed)!These classes will teach you important relaxation skills to use during the birth of your baby, including a labour hypnobirthing breathing technique. You will deepen your knowledge about birth and enjoy a short birth video, all designed to build your confidence.Each class finishes with a long guided hypnobirthing relaxation to benefit you and baby as you get ready to meet each other.
